How can I share an UltraSurf connection via WiFi?

I am from a country where government blocks & filters internet connections. I use UltraSurf to access the internet from PC. I want to use that unfiltered UltraSurf connection from my iPod Touch via WiFi. I tried Connectify, but it broadcast the whole connection from ISP. So, is there any kind of software to broadcast like the one I want?

I am not sure how to set it up. Maybe ICS (Internet Connection Sharing) if you are in Windows can help you a bit, check this links for more info:

ICS take place at ethernet adaptor level. so sharing a ultrsurf connection using ICS is not possible.

this is not possible. You can however use free VPN service on your ipod to secure your privacy. Try these: acevpn.com, itshidden.com, proxpn.com. they offer services for pc as well as ipod.

I already tried on my iPod Touch. VPN connections are also blocked. The only ways of bypassing is UltraSurf or YourFreedom.
