How can I set up Visual C++ Express 2005 as a portable app?

Doc asks:

Is there a way to set up Visual C++ Express 2005 as a “portable app,” (i.e. usable on any Windows PC via thumbdrive), and what SDK do I install (portably) for game programming (DirectX/Direct3D)?

    I found one already created here http://rs576.rapidshare.com/files/179961889/Visual_C___Express.exe it works but some people said debugging causes issues. Try it out let me know how it goes.

      I’ll try this, but does this include header files (SDK/WDK), and if not, how would I go about installing them?
