Hi Adil,

I use Gmail to send and recieve SMS on my PC. Learn more about how to use Gmail to send sms here.

Hello, are you looking for software to install in your desktop? or is it ok by you to use the cloud?  The following is an example of using the cloud:

If you have outlook, you can use it to send sms messages to your phone:

For desktop, you can use mobiclient.  There is a free version with limited messages to send, or you could upgrade to the paid version.  If you are planning to use this function a lot, the prices don’t seem to be too high.
