I can’t seem to run my flash player. I’ve installed and uninstalled it over and over and it says it is there when I look under control panel but when I go to a website that requires it it tells me I do not have flash player.

Hello, can you tell us the process you have been using to install flash?  What operating system are you using?  What browser are you using?  What I would recommend would be, to go to the following link and download the flash uninstaller.  Make sure to download the file that correspond to your operating system.  It gives you two options, x86 and 64 bits.  Follow the instructions posted on the site on how to use the site and how to install adobe flash once uninstaller is run.

Make sure to clean your browser cache before using the uninstaller or before installing flash.  Remember that if you use Internet Explorer you have to download the version with Active X and if you use Firefox/Chrome, you have to download the plugin.  Try doing this and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Edyta,

When you install Adobe Flash Player, you must restart your browser in order for the changes to take effect. If this doesn’t help, please tell me which browser you have so that I can assist you further.- Jeff
