How do I get rid of the LivingPlay.com pop-up?

I receive a pop-up from LivingPlay.com, how do I get rid of it?

            Ad block plus chrome got rid of Living Play Entertainment The pain is gone!

    This is adware originating from your computer, go to Start -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove (or Programs and Features) and remove "LivingPlay".

    I think you should try installing adblock plus or adblock.
    I have seen many sites can not display opoupwhen you use adblock plus.

    As it will block ad popups from other sites also.
