Suzanne Back asks:
Every time I try to use Internet Explorer, a page comes up: “Welcome to inginx!”
I cannot access my email, my homepage or get rid of this thing.

August 14, 2012Ok. This is what to do:
Go to Control Panel > Uninstall a program
And search for any browser toolbar (in this case inginx toolbar), and uninstall it..
Sometimes its not there, but don’t worry… Follow the steps below.. (even if you uninstall that toolbar, you must follow the steps below)
1. Open internet explorer
2. Under the menu bar, right-click, and untick if there is anything to do with inginx toolbar…
3. Go to settings > internet options > general
4. Under Home Page, set up the desired home page…
5. Click Ok.
Hope this helps! (Sometimes it’s more complicated than this.. But anyway, try it…)

August 15, 2012Your computer is infected by virus or something. if you have an antivirus such as avast, or others, go to safe mode and scan your entire computer. I suggest using avast since it has a boot scan, so before running your computer, it will scan the entire of your computer, also use ccleaner to clean unnecessary file in your computer. After doing scanning and cleaning then you can go to Erlis Dhima suggestion to change the default home for your browser. Thanks
