If you want to restore Add-on bar,Bookmarks bar etc. then go to orange coloured Firefox logo located on top left side of Firefox.Go to options and tick on the toolbar that you would like to have.

Hello, easies way would be the following:

– open firefox
– on menu, click on view tab
– highlight the toolbar option
– check mark Bookmarks Toolbar

Let me know if that solves your question

If you have a full backup of your user directory, you can copy the folder that was at C:UsersYOUR_NAMEAppDataRoamingMozilla back to C:UsersYOUR_NAMEAppDataRoamingMozilla. This will restore your entire Firefox setup — bookmarks, extensions, toolbars, preferences, history, everything.
