How can I restore a backup made with the Nokia Ovi PC Suite?

it will be the same as you made a backup…select a file from the same tool.
 Nokia Ovi Suite, click Tools
> Restore
.

Under Restore content from, select the backup file you want to
restore. The default file for each phone is the most recent backup
So either choose from the list, or select any particular file from browse.
Then, select the content types you want to restore from the file.

Click Start to begin restoring content to your phone. Do not
disconnect or switch off your phone, or close Nokia Ovi Suite while
restoring content.
If you need to stop the restore, click Stop. Nokia Ovi Suite will reach a safe stop point and will then stop the restore.

Click Finish
