I need to resend multiple mails to their respective recipients.

I have sent about 250 mails in last 2 months or so but want to send them again to the same people. Is there a way that i can select the mails and send them rather than forwarding and typing there email in one-by-one?

The Moz backup files are actually ZIP files. You can unpack the backup file using WinZIP or a freeware 7ZIP extractor. Once unpacked, you can import data from the message files that were stored in that backup file
