Can you expand on “it doesn’t work”, it doesn’t work as in how? Try contacting Spice Support to see if they can troubleshoot the issue, or read the support articles to see if your phone is still under warranty/order parts/view troubleshooting hints/read FAQ/etc.
It comes with a 12 month warranty, you should contact spice,
but I have noticed a case when the cell got dead in one month and spice did not give any service.
