      what if the write protection property of the flash drive has been activated by the other computer (other computer such as the one at the computer shop or computer cafe,your friend's computer etc) do i need to delete the so called "STORAGE DEVICE POLICIES" in the computer or do it in my own computer?

    I think there is a small switch somewhere on your SD card, just slide it up/down.

    try low-level formating (truly speaking it may or maynot work because low level formating is a manufacturer tools and they already have done it. there are merely tools for it no matter what they claim)

    but no harm giving a try here you can find a tool

    perhaps like this
    Start > Run "cmd"
    type--> diskpart
    type--> list volume
    type--> select volume #
    type--> attributes disk clear readonly
    type--> x:\>attrib -r /s /d (X= memory card)

    Memory card is write protected or locked

    If you are using a SD card adaptar check for a little switch in the left side of it... turn off the lock condition.
