July 18, 2012im assuming its a malware related issue.. and in that case, i suggest installing “malwarebytes” and scanning your computer. Usually when your computer is infected with malware, if you search something on google you get redirected to a different site. but malwarebytes is good software and doesnt hurt to try it

July 18, 2012If you can’t login try clearing your browsers cache or another browser.
Also look through your browsers security settings – I’m actually not sure about Facebook requirements but make you probably have to allow cookies.
In general it is unlikely that a malware is blocking you from logging in to FB. More likely that your DNS cache or used server got compromised and you are forwarded to a fake page setup that gathers (as in steals) login data.
- run an updated Anti Virus
- make sure your computer is using either the DNS servers provided by your ISP or other reliable e.g. OpenDNS, Google DNS
- look into your hosts file if there is a custom entry for the Facebook domain
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
you can use notepad or any other text editor

July 18, 2012Seems like your internet is compromised. You need to scan your computer with malwarebytes antimalware. After scanning with Malwarebytes Antimalware fom http://www.malwarebytes.org/, scan your computer with any good antivirus like Microsoft Security Essentials or with Microsoft Security Scanner http://www.microsoft.com/security/scanner/en-us/default.aspx
After this download Hijackthis from http://sourceforge.net/projects/hjt/ and run as Admin. After scanning copy all text from log file and paste it in hijackthis.de website and analyse. Remove all risky entries, restart the pc. I hope this wil help you to login into facebook.

July 19, 2012Have you tried logging in from a different computer or even a different browser? Is it possible that your passwords have been compromised? You can try a Linux live CD or USB, such as Linux Mint to rule out a virus on whatever operating system you are using.

July 21, 2012Hello, I see your problem is a fairly serious one. Firstly.. Can you access Facebook site? There is a trending malware named DNS changer. Maybe you can check your Hosts file: C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts\ Try looking into the hosts you computer is connected to. Are there suspicious ones? It should only have 127.0.0.1 localhost or something around the line. If nothing solves your problem, you might need to go the hard way, backup important documents and reformat your computer by booting Windows installer in CD.

January 14, 2013I opened a link, for pictures, from a friend in Ecuador. Since, I have spread a virus to others. You have blocked me from Face Book, for 2 days, so I can’t even change my password, and ” likes” from all over the world, from things I don’t know, keep being added to my Profile. How can I stop this nonsense?
Makeuseof is not related to Facebook and doesn’t works with it.No staff member can disable your account.
It seems that your PC is infected with some kind of malware.It’s advisable to run a scan and use security apps.
