How do I remove one OS from a dual-boot system & reallocate my disk space?

I am new to Linux and have installed Ubuntu and Mint in a dual boot on a old Dell Optiplex. I like Ubuntu and would like to uninstall Mint and only use Ubuntu, but use the entire hard drive to do so. How do I accomplish this?

Thanks. Not sure that I know how to follow your instructions being new to Linux.

Delete all files in the Mint partition.
Using GParted, resize the Ubuntu partition to take up the entire hard drive.
