What are recurring costs associated with selling apps on iTunes?

Is there any costs associated with the purchase of a downloadable app created by me, when it is purchased. A percentage or any cost charged to me? Also, is the $99 a one time charge or is it a $99 fee per year.

    According to the comments in the next link, the 99$ dollar fee used to be a one time affair....nowadays, it is a  99$ dollar a year fee:
