If you are referring to the online Yahoo Web Mail, all your forwarded mail should be in the online Sent box provided you had that option checked to put all submitted mail in that box.
Not sure what you mean by sent to Outlook Express as you would have had to forward to a POP 3 account from which OE could get your email.
I think I am missing the exact mechanics of what you did and not able to supply a correct answer without that information.
