How can I recover my Facebook account when it is sending the verification code to a phone I can’t access?

Muskan Buneri asks:

I have lost access to my Facebook account and have tried to get my account back using several methods but had no success. Facebook is sending the confirmation code I need to a cell phone number to which I have no access.

What should i do? Can i change it?

In facebook “Forgot your password?” page there is an option at the bottom called.

“I can’t identify my account”. Use that.
