All Facebook accounts have, at a minimum, one email address associated with it. It is required when setting up the account in the first place. If you no longer have that email account, that is a different situation. You can always try to regain access to the account by trying these methods.

I would consider recovering you e-mail password!
It depends on the settings you have entered when creating the e-mail account!
Some ways might be, answering a certain question, or using another associated e-mail address..
After recovering your e-mail password, recover your facebook password!

You mean that your mobile number and email are inaccessible, then it’s highly difficult to recover your account as they are required to bring your account into working condition.

refer me to my password

susendeep dutta

No one can refer to your password except yourself. If you had lost it or need someone to remember it,firstly, you need to reset it and then use a password manager to manage it such as Lastpass.
