Can you recommend software that lets graphics pulse as music plays?

I’m looking for software that will have designs and such move with the bass line of music. One that can be controlled with the keyboard to give you different designs and things and you can change the different tones they will react to.

I used to have a program for the Amiga call Aural Visual, written by a fellow name Dan Egloff in Atlanta. It was about 30 years ahead of its time. It was not a toy like you see today, but could do some amazing things.

I have been looking for such a program for more than 15 years! Does anyone out there know of any kind of similar software?

    View -> Show Visualizer. Variety of effects, choose from the same menu.
