Joe here again – the guy trying to bring his coworkers and students up to a higher level of comfort in using computers.

I was wondering if anyone can recommend a technology survey or questionnaire that can be given to selected groups (one for teachers, one for students in different grades). The responses would help reveal a clear picture of where our user base is in terms of ‘computer competence and utilization’ (perhaps you can offer a better term), and where to next go with our computer training.
