I want to create a Linux Multi-Boot DVD with Ubuntu, Xubuntu, Kubuntu, Lubuntu, Linux Mint and PCLinuxOS in one DVD. I would like a guide showing how to create a Linux Multi-Boot DVD. I have spent days searching on the internet and using some software such as MultiCD to create it but to no avail. Need your help.

Mike, I want to fit multiple linus distros in one DVD and not in USB.
With xboot I get a message saying "xboot has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." when xboot is creating the multiboot iso.

I have used Xboot on XP (32bit), Vista (32bit) and 7 (64bit) without any problems ~ even within a virtual machine.

Maybe try reinstalling the .Net Framework 4

Another problem could be a running AntiVirus ~ if it keeps scanning the data used by Xboot it could result in a not responding process followed by an application crash.

Tried reinstalling and running xboot again but comes up with the same massage saying "xboot has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." while it is creating the multiboot iso.

Sonny Bass, I have used xboot, but whenever I click on make iso or make usb it starts the process and then seems to crash and stops responding.

What OS are you using? What type of computer are you running it on?

FIDELIS, I have tried both MultiCD and Sardu. Sardu only allows limited Linux distros and I do not like their boot menu. What I am looking for is like this -http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/402/linuxmagazinesixpack.jpg/
which allows you to choose any linux distros from the boot menu to boot into.

I have also been to the pcquest website and have tried it but seems to be quite old.

Hello, I found this link that provides multiboot links.  Probably you have tried some of them, but it does not hurt to go through the content.  You might find something you have not tried.  There is a pdf file you can download at the end of the article before the comments

I have had successful results with http://www.pendrivelinux.com/xboot-multiboot-iso-usb-creator  It makes multi-boot DVD's or USB drives. It is still in beta now, but I have made a couple of each.IT uses a simple drag and drop interface.
