    Aba Saheb,

why are you looking for a system restore point manager? Do you make backups of your personal data?

    Was Mike's explanation helpful?

Let us know in case you need more information. Thank you!

Thanks. I have about forty odd SRPoints taking up about 2 GB space o my HD Disk. Win's SRP creator cannot delete the old ones and CCleaner does not work for me.
      Thanks any way.

I only know of System Restore Manager from Windows Club but I'm not sure if it is (still) working with Windows XP.

Either way I suggest you to look for another backup option!
The problem with System Restore is that you don't have 100% control over it. In certain situations or for certain reasons Windows will delete Restore Points (e.g. when something triggers System Restore to be deactivated) and you can't prevent it from happening.

You should also be aware that System Restore has some limitations for example it will not backup any User created data!

You can find a good article about the pros and cons of System Restore at the following link
