About.com has a nice post on financial software. Maybe you can give any of the 7 Free Personal Finance Software Downloads a whirl.
As a long-time Quicken user on both older Mac and newer Windows versions, I would absolutely recommend Moneydance (http://www.moneydance.com). It is easy to learn, can connect to many banks for reconciliation, and can import Quicken and other data files.

No free ones though.
