Can you recommend a daily planner system that I can print from my email calendar?

I want a system to place into a notebook style 8 x 12 paper that I can print from my email calendar with daily and two page format for monthly calendars. Any system already created?

I am not quite sure what you want. What email calendar are you talking about, Outlook, gMail, etc?

I know that you can print your daily, weekly, 10 day, monthly calendars and agendas from Google Calendar, very friendly interphase.
