Why do I receive an error when trying to access Yahoo mail?

When I try to access Yahoo Mail I receive an error message.

“Temporary error: ymws:Server.MailboxOpenFailed”

This also appears on my screen:
“We’re experiencing some technical difficulties…
We’re sorry, but Yahoo! Mail can’t load due to a temporary error. You can try back again shortly, or visit our help pages for ways to troubleshoot the issue.”

This is my first time to encounter such a problem. My other Yahoo address works fine. Any ideas what is causing this?

      This is the problem that only Yahoo can solve it.All you can do from your end is to clear your browser history,cache.Only Yahoo mail is having troubles and not other services.

      i got cleared the cache still the problem persists??

      As I specified,this is the problem from Yahoo's end and try reporting this issue to them.

    Only one account has a problem, so stored cookies of the previous session may be the reason.

    Clear cookies, cache and restart.

    I was able to log into Yahoo Mail just fine. Please see 
    this Yahoo Question (first answer was marked as correct) to see if it helps your issue. If not, clear your browser cache and reboot your computer. Upon reboot, attempt logging back into Yahoo Mail.
