When I post a new question in WordPress question section, an error message saying ‘this topic is closed for new replies’ is displayed below my post. They also don’t show a ‘leave a reply option’ I don’t know why it is happening. Please help me out.

September 23, 2011A moderator has closed the topic, meaning that no replies should be made. This is typically done when a question is answered or is now out of date.
