What project setting in Adobe Premiere Elements handles both HD and SD footage?

If I have to make a movie with footage shot from different cameras including HD and non-HD cameras, which project setting should I choose?

actually I am going to edit a small college movie which I am planning to shoot on Nokia N8 (HD) and Canon Powershot A800 (SD) and I also wanna include footage from a low cell phone camera shot before…Now I am confuse what project preset to use in elements…
