Where is the program to remind me of birthdays?

SR asks:

I signed up because it looked like you had a program to remind me of birthdays, and also other dates (like when my car insurance is due), but now I can’t find on your website where that program is.

Also, how can I set it up so that I only get the reminders for the dates I have entered and not a daily eMail from this site?

    SR – Personally I use Google Calendar for this. You can set it up to send you an alert only on the date (or a little bit before it) via email. There’s also monthly or weekly alerts for any event you set up – it’s really the easiest way to go. Although really, any scheduling/to-do listed on MUO will do the trick and you can always choose not to enable daily status updates. Good luck!
