What is the best program to convert from one 3D format to another 3D format?

I’d like to know of any recommendations out there for PC software that can convert between 3D formats. Specifically, I’m trying to convert a field sequential video into a side-by-side format. The ability to crop from wide to full would be a plus too.

    this page details the process using avisynth, but it's a little more complicated than simply running the software due to the various formats involved.

    you need to figure out a logical algorithm for doing it, the suggested one for FS to SBS being:

    left=SelectEven().BilinearResize(width/2,height)right=SelectOdd().BilinearResize(width/2,height)StackHorizontal(left,right)

    Hello, If you do not mind spending some $, I would say you could try Sony Vegas Pro 11.  You could try downloading the free trial to check for results and if it does what you need.  It allows to work on 3D for editing:

    If you have an older version of Sony Vegas like Sony Vegas Pro version 8 and earlier, you could try adding the Make3D  filters to edit 3D:
