Why has my primary name disappeared from my AOL account?

Tony Sherdley asks:

I tried to put my AOL primary name (tsherdley @ aol . com) on my mobile, and when I logged on the following day on my laptop, the name had disappeared from my list of names. How can I restore it?

This sounds like something you should contact AOL support about. It could be a temporary bug in their system or a bigger problem with your account. In either circumstance, you would need to contact them for support.
