How can I prevent a dual audio conversion from changing the first language of my movies?

I have dual audio movies (Hindi-English). When I convert another format like MKV to AVI language has been changed. I want software that does not change language. It must maintain first language.

Thanks for your question, I always thought about this but never applied till today.

    Install and open mkvtoolnix.
    http://www.bunkus.org/videotools/mkvtoolnix/win32/mkvtoolnix-unicode-5.2.0-setup.exe

Drag n drop the mkv file.

Rest is easy, as it will display the video, and audios with checkboxes.
If you want Hindi, uncheck English. and Vice Versa.

Now you have a single audio mkv file, ready to be converted in other formats. I just tested this successfully on my pc.

        Read my previous comment,
Did you install mkv mkvtoolnix and remove the english track?
Once the uncheck English audio and keep Hindi audio checked
and the output will have Hindi only.
Try it and tell me what happened.
