Where is the preferences page on my iPad?

I was asked to activate secure PDFs & other data on preference page but don’t know where that is!

You can set preferences application by choosing on ipad→Settings and scrolling all the way down the screen to Apps. Tap the name of the app you want to adjust to get to its settings.
