How can I play Southcast streams in Ubuntu?

I have installed latest vlc media player 1.1.0 on Ubuntu Karmic Kola, but unable to get Directory Service menu to play Southcast Streams. Any suggestions?

Sounds like ShoutCast to me and then I would use Tunapie(http://tunapie.sourceforge.net/) . Install it with apt-get using this command:

sudo apt-get install tunapie
