Why did my PC only import and remove half of my iPhone’s photos?

Robyn Laycock asks:

I have imported and deleted all my photos from my iPhone to my computer. However, it left 128 photos on my phone, and did not transfer them. I plugged in my iPhone using the USB cable (Windows) and selected to “import photos and erase after import”.

It only transferred and deleted half of my photos and I have no idea how to get the rest off! Any help would be appreciated!

Perhaps the connection failed, check whether the cords work correctly.

Update iTunes to latest version.

CopyTrans Photo is the software you can use to manage photos if iTunes is not working properly -

Connection fail on the transferring process. Maybe you can use some free app to help you, like Syncios iPhone Transfer. It can backup & transfer Music, Video, Apps, Podcast, Photos, Contacts, Notes to your computer even the iTunes.
