Thanks. Can 'verify and install' and 'non verify install' option be utilized to resolve problem parsing package error of certain non-play store apks?

did you Unknown sources – Check mark Unknown Sources (on your android settings?)

parsing package error can be because incompatibility with your android hardware system...now for your question it can be a fix but perhaps not on every case., the thing is you are not downloading from google play.

thanks. yes , the unknown source ( non play store sources ) download option has been set by checking the concerned check-box. i guess that bec play store is installed custom process and was orignally available on device. that may have something to do with errors like 'unable to parse app' even from non play store sources like 1 mobile market , Slide ME. Is there an additional package ( like maybe which is viewed 'verify and install' with another option - as seen in Play store default devices ) to enable apk files installation or a setting to be configured.......?

did you try the first link. Another way is to root android and perhaps using command line. You can try some file managers like astro file manager, maybe can help!
