Can you help me with an OpenCV problem?

I have trying to run a simple OpenCV problem. But it shows the following error

“test_1.exe – Application Error
The application failed to initialize properly (0×80000003). Click on OK to terminate the application.”

I have posted this problem to several forums, but didn’t get any solution. The only progress I made is, using Dependency Walker, I figured out that the problem is related with SHLWAPI.DLL and MPR.DLL.

One more question, is there any forum dedicated to OpenCV or something like that? I am getting frustrated with this simple problem.

    OpenCV does have a support page on the OpenCV Wiki located at:

    http://opencv.willowgarage.com/wiki/Welcome/Support

    Here you can send your questions to the OpenCV User Group for assistance. Maybe someone else has had a similar problem.
