HiJust use magiciso to open UIF filehttp://www.free-news-release.com/Open--UIF-file---MagicISO-Detail_10326.htmlalternatively you can convert uif to iso, for this follow:1)1.Download UIF2ISO converter. Extract the downloaded zip file to get a folder of the same name: http://aluigi.org/mytoolz/uif2iso.zip2.Double-click the file named uif2iso (with a label “application”, having an icon).3.In the window that comes up, locate the .uif file you want to extract and click “Open”.4.In the window that comes up, choose a name and click “Save”.5.A confirmation window will come up – hit enter to finish the process.6.The converted .iso file will be in the same location as the original .uif file.7.Download and install IZArc or 7zip to extract.

    or
    Pismo File Mount Audit Package

Pismo File Mount Audit Package can mount UIF files, and there is a ptiso command line tool that can convert them to ISO or Compact ISO.

A feature in PFMAP allows you to conversion of UIF (or DAA, ISZ, CISO) to ISO. For example, this allows you to use the free command line cdburn.exe and dvdburn.exe tools from Microsoft without having to first create the uncompressed ISO file on your hard drive.

    pfm mount c:somefile.uif
    dvdburn c:somefile.uif.$mediaimage.iso
