How do I open a PST file if Microsoft Outlook won’t open them?

What should I use to view the contents of a PST file?

Earlier I tried to keep the messages of Outlook, but they are kept in a separate folder:  “files Deleted items, Sent items, etc…”,

All files with the PST extension cannot open in Outlook. What should I use to view the contents of a PST file?

    hey,
If the PST file is not opening then you can use inbox repair tool to repair the corrupt PST file. Also you can try any free PST viewer tool.

In general, when you open a PST in Outlook it will show at the bottom of your folder list underneath your existing set of folders. You may also have to expand it's view to see the folders (Deletes Items, Sent...).

If Outlook didn't open the file did it give you any error? You could try repairing it using scanpst.
