I am using Outlook 2010 and although I have downloaded the software. It does not open the Business contact manager.

The file with my BCM contacts is an MDF file. How do I open it without Outlook?

MDFs are usually CD/DVD image files that contain the copy of the data on the disk. Now, when it comes to opening it there are two ways you can go about it:

    1. Use a program called IZArc tov iew the file content, http://www.izarc.org/
    2. Mount the file as a virtual disk (and then access it from My Computer) using one of the tools mentioned in following article
