Why can I not open any links from my AT&T email account?

null asks:

For some reason I am not able to open a link within my AT&T email. It says not able to find it.

Hello, this could happen when you have your email set to receive as text only.  In order for you to click on links provided on an email, the option to receive email as html has to be enable.  I have never used AT&T email account, so I do not know if that is the case of not.  The way you can find out if by going to the preferences and check the options your email client has.
