August 29, 2012without interacting with that guy?? then it is not possible… if interacting you just do a video calling and run a packet capture like wireshark(video calling works as P2P network)

November 25, 2012you can try sending them a file if lucky and they receive it, you can possibly get their ip address, if you want ip address without file transfer protocol i guess its not possible via video or voice chat

2.Enter “cmd” into the “Search” box. Press “Enter.”
3.Go to “Start” > “Programs” > “Skype.”
4.Click “Contacts” and then click on the name of a
contact on the menu.
5.Click “Call” and wait until the other person
answers. If he does not answer, try again at another
time, because he must accept the call for you to get
his IP address.
6.Go back to your “Command Prompt” window. Type
“netstat -nb” and press “Enter.”
7.Look for “Skype” on the list of running programs.
Write down the IP address listed next to it. This is
your Skype contact’s IP address.
