Why is the Nokia store on my X2-01 showing an error message?

Prajwal R Rao asks:

Whenever I open the Nokia store on my X2-01 it shows an error message: “Conflicting applications. Show items?”. Any ideas what I can do to fix it?

Update browser. connect your phone to Nokia Suite and click on the green arrow icon, the option to reinstall the current software will be displayed below in the bottom of your screen.

try hard reset (first do a backup since this operation delete all files and settings)
hard reset, dial *#7370#

go to Nokia Care center and ask them firmware re-install.

Try to update Nokia Store app to latest version.
