start with soft reset.
dial :*#7780#
After entering security code, it will restart the phone. and restore.
check if it solved your problem.
try hard reset or firmware update if soft reset does not work.

but i doit but the ovi store and the comminuties missed my c3-00 and i can’t do update
Update using nokia pc suite.
Connect cell to pc in nokia mode.
and click on software update in pc suite.
It will download software updater.
and will display if an update is available

my phone has been attacked by virus.. i guess my phone need a new software.. ’cause, stuff like store OVI, Community etc are missing.. also, i can’t use my internet and if i put any stuff in my memory phone., it will be missing too.. so where can i download the software?

Not a virus. A lot of Nokia c3-00 phones have this problem it’s a manufacturing problem (hardware). You should return the device as soon as possible to the store where you bought it.
i have the same problem here :s when i restarted my phone the communities are missing and i cant use the internet :s ..

Yes, better if you contact nokia care. Because none of the possible solutions work for people.
and I never had such problems with any of my nokia phones.

Search “nokia store finder.” on google.
or you can google: nokia care {city name}.
or you can check your local directory.
I can only see Nokia India store finder.

how can i uninstall ovi store?
in my nokia c3-00 internet isnt workin and ovi store is missing and also communication facebook chat is also not workin no app is workin wch uses internet.

Firstly,backup your data and using Nokia suite(formerly OVI suite) and then update your phone using the suite.

For checking viruses,firstly scan your memory card from PC using antivirus like Avast,Microsoft Security Essentials.If you still suspect any malicious activity then update your phone to latest firmware using Nokia suite.

When I turned off my C3-00, my cell numbers of my friends, games, some applications, and my internet application does not have the “go to address”, “last web address” and many more. please I really need help. My mom might kill me. T-T
