Why does Netflix lock up Windows7?

Netflix worked fine at first then froze my laptop in WMC and online. Other streaming video plays fine. I removed Silverlight and reinstalled it. That fixed it the first time, but not now. I have found several help blogs on this topic, but they all seem to pertain to Windows Vista. How can I fix this?

Is you laptop trying to go to sleep? Try adjusting your power settings and ensure that it plugged in while streaming Netflix.
