How can I have multiple sites on WordPress 3.0 RC1 with common user database?

I have installed multiple sites on my site using WP 3.0. Is there any way I can share the user database across all these sites so that the user can log into all the sites using the same username and password?

How about using OpenID? You can use the OpenID wordpress plugin (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/openid/) and install OpenID on your own domain, maybe a main network listing site (http://lifehacker.com/5566470/how-to-set-up-openid-on-your-own-domain). I haven't tried it myself but it seems like it might be easier than plaing about with the core of how wordpress works.

You probably should be looking into WordPress MU --> http://mu.wordpress.org/ .
