How can I move my music from iTunes to a NAS?

Tommy Grundy asks:

I’ve had iTunes for several years and in that time my Music, Podcast, and Books have been put in several places. I’ve used the iTunes to manage my music and now my Library is spread across at least 7 directories.

iTunes seems to be falling short and I’m moving to a new PC with an limited space SSD system drive. I need to move all my music to my Windows Home Server, but with over 8,000 titles to manage doing this one at a time will take weeks at best.

Is there any software tool that look at my iTunes Library file an then determine where all of my titles are and them move them to the Share Drive and update my iTunes Library file?

I have Music Bridge, Touchcopy, and Dupe eliminater. None seem to have a tool that can help manage this kind of issue.

Difficult, and a few hacks needed, but not impossible:

The best solution is to use a specific iTunes server on your particular brand of NAS, like the Qnap device here:

What particular NAS are you using? FreeNAS?
