Hello, you could try sharepod to move your music from your ipod to pc.  Or, it can also import the files into itunes automatically.

Follow instructions posted in this link about how to copy from ipod to pc with sharepod:

Once music is in your computer you can import it into itunes.

Apple will not allow you to transfer music from iPod to iTunes. Try iPod to PC transfer program. It works.

Good luck.

try youtube-mp3.org all you have to do is copy and paste the url from any youtube vid and it downloads the audio. I used it since day 1 on my Mac and it’s great! The songs transferred automatically to my iTunes from which i took them and put them on my iPhone.
