Is there a way to modify the Google URL to search directly in a specific language?

Is it possible to modify the address of a Google to search in a specific language per default?

For example, if I open http://www.google.it/ and search the keyword “ok”, in the first and second result are OKMagazine.com and en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Okay. Only the third result is salute.leiweb.it/, a website in Italian language. Now to search only in Italian language I click “Italian Pages” on the left side of Google (click here for screenshot).

Is there a way to modify the Google Homepage URL to search directly in a specific language (in this case Italian) without having to specify “only search in this language”?

Change your current location otOn the frontpage of Google you'll find the link "Advanced Search" just right of the inputbox. That will take you to the Advanced Search Page where you can not only specify language but also region (if you like).http://www.googleguide.com/sharpening_queries.html
