What are the meta fields that I can add to a post in WordPress?

Meta description and keywords go in the header of your site and don’t actually get displayed. They are used by google to help work out the content of your page, so setting them correctly is usually a good idea to help with your google ranking. If you dont set them, Google will randomly pull a bit of text from your page to show in the results.

Text above and below POST META I believe refers to if you want to place certain text above or below the line that usually says “by author on date” when viewing a post. Without knowing what plugin you’re asking this in relation to, I cant give any more details. I’m guessing it’s some kind of SEO plugin?

Nopes.. Its not a plugin. I use Ultimate Blogging Theme 3.0 . I get these stuff under
“Ultimate Blogging Theme Options ” like this http://i51.tinypic.com/2vim55k.png
