Remax asks:

I have 2 .swf files which need to be joined. Is it possible by doing that with a free, open source, online app or software?

FLV Joiner: Join/Merge/Combine FLV Video Files

OwenP

This does not work with SWF files and yopu have to really read a lot of fine print to not get a ton oif crap installed besides.  No idea if it works as a good joiner.  I feel dirty for having installed it and all for naught!  I’ll be removing it and treating as malware and scanning after…

Fidelis : I think i tried that long back, the free version seems only to join wmv mp4 ..etc

Saikat : I need swf files i tried converting .swf to .flv with freemake video converter and it did not input the file and i’ve sent the file to the Freemake team for testing..

Aibek : Uhm it just joins two .swf files into an executable .exe file…..

I’ve tried a whole lot of video converters but nothing seems to work unfortunately….
The Flash file was made with I Spring Presenter’s Quizmaker.

Here is your solution:

step 1.convert swf to videos

to execute step1 :
there are two options

option 1:
use this software
http://www.flash-swf-converter.com/downloads/swfconverter.exehow to use: drop swf file and click on “capture”
(watermarked video output)

option 2:
you need flash installed (http://www.adobe.com/downloads)

Import first swf file in flash
goto file menu>> export>> export movie>>select the video format>>click save
Repeat this for second swf to video conversion
step 2.merge the two videos
using our favorite software (convert them to swf again if you want to !)

step 3. (optional): now you can convert into SWF again by importing the video in flash if u want to.
just save it with suitable filename :D

direct software:

you can also have the full version of this software.which does exactly you want to do. but free version is must. free version cant save the output.

Hello, you could also try the freeware Super.  It converts a lot of different audio/video formats.  It includes a file joiner that can join identical files into a unique file.
