Hello, the following is the manual for your phone. Look under connectivity header and it will tell you the possible options you have. Did you get instructions from your provider with regards to your plan? If you do not have a plan and want to connect to your own network, use the settings for your network.

you can enter settings manually but it’s better if you use settings sent by service providers.
just call your customer care and tell them your problem.
